Our vision is for everyone to have the opportunity to relive their favorite moments and bring them home with them! 

In order to achieve this, every physical product sold by Eventshop is made-to-order and printed just for you in the design that you choose. 

Accordingly, Eventshop does not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders after they have begun production and/or been shipped.

Additionally, digital photo downloads purchases are non-refundable.

If you can't see any products after logging into your Blackhawks Classics portal (located HERE), it may be because we don't have a record of you scanning into a Blackhawks game this season using tickets on your Ticketmaster account. 

This could be due to the following reasons:

1. You used a different Ticketmaster account to login. Please go to Ticketmaster.com, logout and try again from the link on this page with the correct account.

2. You transferred that game's ticket to a friend or family member who attended the game. In that case, they will need to purchase the commemorative items on your behalf.

3. If you've recently arrived at the game, please note that our system has a slight delay and it may take an hour or two for your scans to appear. Please check back shortly for your products to become available!

Please Note: Fans with suite-level tickets must email [email protected] to purchase at this time.

If you didn't get to scan a QR code at your event for access to your event's photos, don't worry! As long as the event gallery is still live, we can send it to you.

Reach out to us using the Contact Support button detailing:

  • The Artist/Team that performed at your event
  • The Date of your event
  • The Location of your event

Once we have that information, we'll check the status of the gallery. If it's live, we will send the gallery link to you!

United States (US): Orders typically arrive within 10-14 business days after they have been received and processed. A shipping confirmation email and tracking information will be sent to you once your order has shipped!

Canada (CAN): Orders typically arrive within 12-14 business days after they have been received and processed. A shipping confirmation email and tracking information will be sent to you once your order has shipped!

European Union (EU), United Kingdom (UK), Australia (AUS), New Zealand (NZ): The average delivery time is 3 weeks after a product is created and shipped. but may vary for each Country. Please note, that you may be responsible for additional import duties.

Orders are processed Monday – Friday during normal business hours (8AM-5PM CST). Due to the custom nature of each product and volume of orders, we will do our best to meet the above timelines but they may vary. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

If you do not receive a tracking number, your package fails to arrive on time, arrives damaged, or is incorrect, or you have any additional questions, please contact us at and we'll make it right!

Yes! Prints, tickets, and apparel are manufactured and shipped from separate locations and will arrive separately. You will receive separate shipping emails with tracking links for each order as soon as they are finished and shipped.

Digital downloads are all low-resolution (1240x827), and are best used to share via social media and/or saved to phones. 

We only offer high-res images for print purchases through our site, for the artists and teams that elect to offer printed goods (framed prints, loose prints, posters, etc.)

This is standard practice across the industry to ensure digital downloads are not being purchased and re-printed for resale or distribution without the owner of the image's consent. 

If you're having issues with blurry photos on your phones, we recommend downloading them on a computer and then sending them to your phone as that may help with quality.

Some additional steps to assist with digital download quality on phones:

  1. Open your order confirmation email and then scroll to the bottom and click the "view" button in the box that says you have “x” digital downloads available. 
  2. After you click "view", you'll be directed to a new page that has a download button for your photo(s). Click the download button instead of tapping and holding the photo to save. 
  3. Select "save to photos" and your photos will be ready for you!
