Yes — depending on what you ordered, your items may arrive in separate packages at different times. This is completely normal and doesn’t mean anything is missing!
Why items ship separately
Each product type is made by a different manufacturer, so they ship independently as soon as they’re ready. Here’s what to expect:
- Apparel (shirts and hoodies) — produced and shipped by our apparel manufacturer.
- Prints (framed prints, loose prints, posters) — produced and shipped by our print manufacturer.
- Commemorative tickets — produced and shipped by our ticketing manufacturer.
If you ordered a mix of these, each item will have its own tracking number and may arrive on a different day.
A few things to know
- Check all your tracking numbers. Your order confirmation email will include tracking for each shipment. If one item hasn’t arrived yet, check its tracking before reaching out.
- Production timelines vary by product. Different items may finish production at different times, so gaps in arrival are expected.
- Still missing something? If a shipment hasn’t moved or an item hasn’t arrived well past its estimated delivery date, reach out to our Support team with your order number and we’ll investigate.
