At Eventshop, our mission is to give every fan the opportunity to relive their favorite moments and bring the moment home. To make that possible, every physical product we sell is made-to-order and printed just for you! Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds on completed orders.

Exceptions

We will always make it right if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, print issue, or isn’t what you ordered. In these cases, reach out to our Support team and we’ll arrange a reprint at no cost to you.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, we may be able to help before production begins. Reach out to our Support team as soon as possible with your order number. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer available.

A few things to know

• Digital downloads are final sale. All digital download purchases are non-refundable.
• Sizing is not grounds for a return. We strongly recommend checking the size guide before ordering. If your item doesn’t match the size chart measurements, reach out and we’ll investigate.
• Fit preference is not grounds for a return. If the item matches the size chart but doesn’t fit the way you expected, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
