Why didn't I get a shipping confirmation email?
When your order ships, we automatically send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. If you haven't received it, here are the most common reasons and how to fix them.
Things to check
- Check your spam or junk folder — Shipping emails sometimes get filtered by email providers. Search for "Eventshop" in all folders.
- Check the email address you used at checkout — If you have multiple email addresses, the confirmation may have gone to a different one than you're checking.
- Your order may still be processing — Orders are processed Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM CST. Due to the custom nature of our products, processing time is needed before a shipping label is created. US orders typically ship within the 10–14 business day window; Canada within 12–14 business days; EU, UK, Australia, and New Zealand within approximately 3 weeks.
