<h2 id="what-to-do-when-your-tracking-says-delivered-but-your-package-hasnt-arrived">What to do when your tracking says delivered but your package hasn&apos;t arrived</h2><p>If your tracking shows &quot;delivered&quot; but you haven&apos;t received your package, don&apos;t worry &#x2014; this happens occasionally and there are a few things to check before contacting us.</p><h2 id="check-these-first">Check these first</h2><ul><li><strong>Wait 24 hours</strong> &#x2014; Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered a day before they actually arrive. Give it one business day.</li><li><strong>Check around your property</strong> &#x2014; Look at your front door, back door, garage, mailbox, and any covered or hidden spots where a carrier might leave a package.</li><li><strong>Ask neighbors</strong> &#x2014; Packages are occasionally left with a neighbor or delivered to a nearby address by mistake.</li><li><strong>Check with anyone in your household</strong> &#x2014; A family member or roommate may have already brought it inside.</li></ul><h2 id="still-cant-find-it">Still can&apos;t find it?</h2><p>If you&apos;ve checked everywhere and your package still hasn&apos;t turned up after 24 hours, please contact our Support team with your order number. We&apos;ll work to get your order resolved as quickly as possible.</p>
