Why isn't my tracking updating?
It's normal for tracking to show no movement for the first 24–48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation. Carriers often scan packages in batches, so there can be a delay between when your order leaves our facility and when the carrier logs the first update.
What to do
- Wait 24–48 hours — Check back after a day or two. Most tracking pages begin updating once the carrier has scanned the package at their first facility.
- Double-check the tracking number — Make sure you're using the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email, not your order number.
- Try the carrier's website directly— Enter your tracking number on your carrier's tracking page for the most up-to-date results:
When to contact us
Expected delivery times are 10–14 business days for US orders, 12–14 business days for Canada, and approximately 3 weeks for EU, UK, Australia, and New Zealand. If your tracking hasn't shown any movement within 3-5 days, please reach out to our Support team with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
