If you need to cancel your order, reach out to our Support team as soon as possible. Cancellations are only available before production begins.

How to request a cancellation

Contact our Support team with your order number and let us know you’d like to cancel. We’ll check your order status and let you know if a cancellation is still possible.

A few things to know

  • Act quickly. Once production has started on your custom item, we’re unable to cancel the order due to the speed in which they're produced. The sooner you reach out, the better the chance we can help.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method. If your cancellation is approved, the refund will be returned to the card used at checkout and typically appears within 5–10 business days.
  • Already shipped orders can’t be cancelled. If your order has already shipped, we’re unable to cancel it. Reach out and we’ll do our best to help!
