Because of this, we&#x2019;re unable to accept returns or offer refunds on completed orders.</p><h2 id="exceptions">Exceptions</h2><p>We will always make it right if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, print issue, or isn&#x2019;t what you ordered. In these cases, reach out to our Support team and we&#x2019;ll arrange a reprint at no cost to you.</p><h2 id="cancellations">Cancellations</h2><p>If you need to cancel your order, we may be able to help before production begins. Reach out to our Support team as soon as possible with your order number. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer available.</p><h2 id="a-few-things-to-know">A few things to know</h2><ul><li><strong>Digital downloads are final sale.</strong> All digital download purchases are non-refundable.</li><li><strong>Sizing is not grounds for a return.</strong> We strongly recommend checking the size guide before ordering. If your item doesn&#x2019;t match the size chart measurements, reach out and we&#x2019;ll investigate.</li><li><strong>Fit preference is not grounds for a return.</strong> If the item matches the size chart but doesn&#x2019;t fit the way you expected, we&#x2019;re unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.</li></ul>

We&#x2019;ll check your order status and let you know if a cancellation is still possible.</p><h2 id="a-few-things-to-know">A few things to know</h2><ul><li><strong>Act quickly.</strong> Once production has started on your custom item, we&#x2019;re unable to cancel the order due to the speed in which they&apos;re produced. The sooner you reach out, the better the chance we can help.</li><li><strong>Refunds go back to your original payment method.</strong> If your cancellation is approved, the refund will be returned to the card used at checkout and typically appears within 5&#x2013;10 business days.</li><li><strong>Already shipped orders can&#x2019;t be cancelled.</strong> If your order has already shipped, we&#x2019;re unable to cancel it. Reach out and we&#x2019;ll do our best to help!</li></ul>

Can I cancel my order?

We can't offer size exchanges on custom made-to-order items, but if your garment doesn't match the size chart, we want to know.

Reach out to our Support team and include:</p><ul><li>Your order number</li><li>Photos of the item laid flat with a measuring tape showing the width and length</li></ul><p>If the garment is outside the expected measurements, we&#x2019;ll work with our manufacturing partner to make it right.</p><h2 id="before-you-order">Before you order</h2><p>Our garments are unisex sizing and can run differently than expected, especially for those used to women&#x2019;s or fitted cuts. We strongly recommend checking the size guide on the product page before placing your order and sizing up if you&#x2019;re between sizes.</p><h2 id="a-few-things-to-know">A few things to know</h2><ul><li><strong>Exchanges for fit preference aren&#x2019;t available.</strong> If the item matches the size chart measurements but doesn&#x2019;t fit the way you expected, we&#x2019;re unable to offer an exchange or refund.</li><li><strong>Unisex sizing runs differently.</strong> Unisex garments are cut wider and shorter than women&#x2019;s styles.
