Can I edit my order after placing it?Updated 2 hours ago

Because every item we sell is custom made-to-order, we aren’t able to modify orders once they’ve been placed. Here’s what your options are.

What you can do

While edits aren’t possible, we can cancel your order so you can place a new one with the correct details — as long as production hasn’t started yet. Reach out to our Support team as soon as possible with your order number and we’ll check whether a cancellation is still available.

Common reasons customers need to edit an order include:

  • Wrong size selected
  • Wrong photo or design chosen
  • Wrong date or seat information on a commemorative ticket
  • Wrong shirt color

A few things to know

  • Act quickly. Cancellations are only possible before production begins. The sooner you reach out, the better the chance we can help.
  • Individual items can’t be removed. If you’d like to remove one item from a multi-item order, we’d need to cancel the entire order and you can reorder the items you’d like to keep.
  • Once production has started, we’re unable to cancel. If your order is already in production, we won’t be able to make changes or issue a cancellation.
