The sooner you reach out, the better the chances we can make the update in time!</li></ol><h2 id="what-if-my-order-has-already-shipped">What if my order has already shipped?</h2><p>Once an order has shipped, we&apos;re unable to redirect it to a new address. Can I change my shipping address?

Orders can't be edited after placement, but cancellation may be possible before production starts. Here's what to do.

Here&#x2019;s what your options are.</p><h2 id="what-you-can-do">What you can do</h2><p>While edits aren&#x2019;t possible, we can cancel your order so you can place a new one with the correct details &#x2014; as long as production hasn&#x2019;t started yet. Reach out to our Support team as soon as possible with your order number and we&#x2019;ll check whether a cancellation is still available.</p><p>Common reasons customers need to edit an order include:</p><ul><li>Wrong size selected</li><li>Wrong photo or design chosen</li><li>Wrong date or seat information on a commemorative ticket</li><li>Wrong shirt color</li></ul><h2 id="a-few-things-to-know">A few things to know</h2><ul><li><strong>Act quickly.</strong> Cancellations are only possible before production begins. The sooner you reach out, the better the chance we can help.</li><li><strong>Individual items can&#x2019;t be removed.</strong> If you&#x2019;d like to remove one item from a multi-item order, we&#x2019;d need to cancel the entire order and you can reorder the items you&#x2019;d like to keep.</li><li><strong>Once production has started, we&#x2019;re unable to cancel.</strong> If your order is already in production, we won&#x2019;t be able to make changes or issue a cancellation.</li></ul>
