Can I get a FIFA Fan ID if I didn't receive one at the stadium?Updated 3 days ago

FIFA Fan IDs are only available in person at the stadium on matchday. They cannot be purchased, ordered online, or mailed to fans before or after a match.

Why Fan IDs aren’t available outside the stadium

FIFA Fan IDs are exclusive matchday collectibles distributed by FIFA inside each stadium. They’re designed to be part of the in-person experience and something you receive when you’re there. Neither FIFA nor Eventshop are able to ship, mail, or otherwise distribute Fan IDs outside of the stadium on matchday.

A few things to know

• Available on matchday only. Fan IDs are handed out at the stadium on the day of the match. They are not available before or after the event.
• Available while supplies last. Each stadium has a limited number of Fan IDs per match. Once they run out, additional cards are not available.
• We cannot mail or ship Fan IDs. Fan IDs are not available for purchase or delivery through Eventshop, FIFA, or any other channel. If you weren’t able to get one at the stadium, we unfortunately cannot send one to you.
• Replacements are not available. Each Fan ID is a unique collectible. Lost or missed cards cannot be replaced.
• Didn’t get one? We’re sorry we missed you. Fan IDs are limited and exclusive to fans who receive them in the stadium on matchday.
