We know it might be frustrating if a design you love is only available on one garment style. Here’s how our product availability works.

Why designs aren’t always available on both styles

The photos and designs available for each event are approved by the artist’s or team’s photographer, and the garment styles they’re offered on are determined at that time. If a design is only showing as available on a shirt, it hasn’t been approved by their team for a hoodie and vice versa. We aren’t able to move a design from one garment style to another on our end, unfortunately.

What you can do

Check the product page for your event to see the full range of available styles. Occasionally a design will be offered on both a shirt and a hoodie, so it’s worth browsing all the options from your event before ordering!

A few things to know

• Style availability varies by artist or team. Some events have designs available on both shirts and hoodies, others only on one. This depends on what the artist’s team has approved.
• We can’t make exceptions. Even if a design is technically similar across styles, we aren’t able to apply it to a garment that it wasn’t approved for.
