We’re sorry your display case or acrylic arrived damaged. We’ll make it right!

What to do

Reach out to our Support team and include the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage (cracked, scratched, broken, etc.)
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in

Once we have that information, we’ll review it and arrange a replacement for you.

A few things to know

  • Photos of the packaging help us investigate. If the outer packaging was damaged in transit, photos of that alongside the item help us work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • You don’t need to return the damaged item. In most cases we’ll send a replacement without requiring you to ship the original back.
  • Replacements follow the same production timelines. Replacement items typically arrive within 14 business days of being submitted.
