My gallery link expired — can I still see the photos?Updated 2 hours ago
Gallery links are only active for a limited time after your event. If yours has expired, here’s what to do.
Request a new link
Reach out to our Support team and include the following:
- The artist or team that performed at your event
- The date of your event
- The location of your event
We’ll check whether your gallery is still accessible and send you a new link if it is!
A few things to know
- Galleries close after a limited window. If it’s been several weeks since your event, the gallery may have closed permanently. We’ll let you know either way when you reach out.
- Some galleries are closed by artist or team request. Occasionally an artist’s team asks us to take down a gallery after the event ahead of schedule. If that’s the case, we’ll let you know.
- Need to access purchased photos? If you bought digital downloads before the gallery expired, check your order confirmation email for your download link — those don’t expire.
