If your event had a mem-re product, here’s how to access the digital experience tied to it.

Ways to access your experience

QR code
Open your phone’s camera app and point it at the QR code on your product. A link or prompt should appear — tap it to launch the experience. You don’t need a special app to scan a QR code on most modern phones.

NFC tap
On products with an NFC chip, hold your phone close to the designated area on the product. On iPhone, NFC scanning is automatic. On Android, make sure NFC is enabled in your settings.

App Clip (iOS only)
On some products, scanning the code will trigger an App Clip — a lightweight mini-app that launches instantly without a full download. Just tap the prompt that appears on your screen.

Web experience (iOS and Android)
Some mem-re experiences open directly in your mobile browser. If that’s the case, no app or App Clip is needed — just follow the link.

A few things to know

• Not all Eventshop products include a mem-re experience. mem-re is available on select products for participating events. If your product doesn’t have a QR code or NFC indicator, it may not include a digital experience.
• What you see may vary. Some experiences include an AR moment, others go straight to an action hub with videos, photos, and more. This depends on the partner and product.
