I missed the QR code at my event! Can I still access the photos from the event I attended?Updated 12 days ago

If you didn't get a chance to scan the QR code at your event, don’t worry! As long as the gallery is still live, we can send you the link directly.

How to get your gallery link

Reach out to our Support team and include the following details:

• The artist or team that performed at your event
• The date of your event
• The location of your event

Once we have that information, we’ll check the status of the gallery. If it’s still live, we’ll send the link straight to you.

A few things to know

• Galleries are only open for a limited time. If it’s been several weeks since your event, the gallery may have closed. Reach out anyway and we’ll let you know either way.
• We only cover select events. If Eventshop wasn’t part of your event, there may not be a gallery available. We’ll confirm when you get in touch.
• Some galleries are closed by artist or team request. Occasionally an artist’s team asks us to take down a gallery after the event ahead of schedule. If that’s the case, we’ll let you know.
