What to do
Reach out to our Support team and include the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the defect or damage
- A few clear photos of the issue
Once we have that information, we’ll review it with our manufacturing partner and get a reprint issued for you.
A few things to know
- Photos are required to process a reprint. We need to document the issue with our manufacturer, so please include clear photos showing the damage or defect.
- You don’t need to return the item. In most cases we’ll issue a reprint without requiring you to send the original back.
- Reprints are subject to the same production timelines. Custom made-to-order items typically arrive within 14 business days of the reprint being submitted.
