My item doesn't fit — can I exchange it for a different size?Updated 2 hours ago
Because every item we sell is custom made-to-order with event-specific design elements, we’re unable to offer exchanges for a different size. Once an item has been produced, it can’t be repurposed or resold.
If your item is smaller than the size chart says
If you believe your item doesn’t match the measurements listed on our size guide, we’d like to investigate. Reach out to our Support team and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item laid flat with a measuring tape showing the width and length
If the garment is outside the expected measurements, we’ll work with our manufacturing partner to make it right.
Before you order
Our garments are unisex sizing and can run differently than expected, especially for those used to women’s or fitted cuts. We strongly recommend checking the size guide on the product page before placing your order and sizing up if you’re between sizes.
A few things to know
- Exchanges for fit preference aren’t available. If the item matches the size chart measurements but doesn’t fit the way you expected, we’re unable to offer an exchange or refund.
- Unisex sizing runs differently. Unisex garments are cut wider and shorter than women’s styles. If you typically wear a women’s size, we recommend sizing up.
- Manufacturing defects are handled differently. If your item arrived damaged, with a print issue, or appears to be a different product than what you ordered, please see our articles on damaged and wrong items for next steps.
