If you arrived here through your FIFA Fan ID and are now seeing Eventshop at checkout or in your order emails, don’t worry! You’re in the right place.

- Eventshop handles the merchandise side – production, checkout, order fulfillment, shipping, and customer support.
When you browse your FIFA Fan ID experience and decide to purchase merchandise, you’re seamlessly handed off from the mem-re experience to the Eventshop store to place your order. That’s why you see mentions of Eventshop and its logo at checkout, and why your order confirmation and shipping emails come from Eventshop.
What this means for you
- Your order is legitimate. Emails from Eventshop about your FIFA World Cup 2026™ merchandise are real and expected. You don’t need to worry about the name change, it’s the same team behind both brands.
- Support comes through Eventshop. If you have any questions about your order, shipping of your physical products, etc, our Support team handles everything through Eventshop. You can reach us right here through the Help Center!
- Your FIFA Fan ID experience stays on mem-re. The digital experience on your Fan ID – videos, photos, matchday content, and personalization — continues to live in the mem-re experience. Eventshop only handles the physical merchandise you purchase.
