I only received part of my order — what should I do?Updated 2 hours ago

If your order arrived but one or more items are missing, don’t worry! We'll get this sorted for you.

Why part of your order may arrive separately

If you ordered a mix of items (for example, a commemorative ticket and a shirt), they will ship from different manufacturers and arrive in separate packages at different times. Check your tracking information to see for a second shipment and check that it's still on its way before reaching out.

What to do if an item is genuinely missing

If your other shipment hasn’t arrived, is lost in transit, or you believe an item is missing, reach out to our Support team and include:

  • Your order number
  • Which item(s) you received
  • Which item(s) are missing
  • A photo of what arrived, if the package appeared tampered with or damaged

We’ll investigate and get the missing item sent out to you.

A few things to know

  • Tickets and apparel ship separately. Commemorative tickets and garments are made by different manufacturers, so they almost always arrive in separate packages.
  • Check your confirmation email. Your order confirmation will show all items in your order so you can cross-reference what you received.
  • Replacement items follow the same production timelines. Custom made-to-order replacements typically arrive within 14 business days of being submitted.
