The mem-re app keeps popping up on my phone. What is happening?Updated a minute ago

Your mem-re card is the only way to activate the mem-re app, through tapping or scanning the QR on the card (if there is one printed). The mem-re app will not appear randomly on its own without it!

Check to see if your card is physically next to your phone (in your wallet, purse, bag, pocket, etc). If so, separating them will stop the app from popping up on your phone!
