Print quality issues like fading or peeling that appear shortly after receiving your item are not normal and are something we want to resolve for you.
What to do
Reach out to our Support team as soon as possible after receiving your item and include the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue (fading, peeling, cracking, etc.)
- Clear photos showing the affected area
- How many times the item has been washed, if applicable
We’ll review with our manufacturing partner and work to get it resolved.
How to care for your printed garments
To keep your apparel looking its best and avoid premature wear, we recommend the following:
- Wash inside out in cold water
- Use a gentle cycle
- Avoid tumble drying on high heat — air dry or use low heat
- Do not iron directly on the garment
A few things to know
- Normal wear over time is expected. All printed garments experience some degree of fading with regular washing. Our quality guarantee covers defects, not wear from extended use.
- Photos are required to process a reprint. We need to document the issue with our manufacturer, so please include clear photos of the affected area.
- Reprints are subject to the same production timelines. Custom made-to-order items typically arrive within 14 business days of the reprint being submitted.
