The video on my commemorative ticket won't playUpdated an hour ago
If the video on your mem-re commemorative ticket isn’t playing, here’s what to try.
Troubleshooting steps
1. Check your internet connection
Videos require a stable connection to stream. Make sure you’re on Wi-Fi or have a strong mobile data signal and try again.
2. Refresh the experience
Close the browser tab or App Clip and relaunch by scanning the QR code or tapping the NFC chip again. Then try playing the video once the experience reloads.
3. Check your volume
Make sure your phone isn’t on silent and your volume is turned up. Some videos may appear to not be playing if the sound is off.
4. Try a different browser
On Android, try Chrome. On iPhone, try Safari. Some browsers handle video playback better than others, and switching can resolve the issue.
5. Update your browser and OS
Outdated software can cause video playback issues. Check for available updates and try again after installing them.
6. Try a different device or network
If the video still won’t play, try on a different phone or switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to rule out a network or device-specific issue.
A few things to know
- Not all mem-re experiences include video. Content varies by partner and product. If you’re not seeing a video, it may not be part of your specific experience.
- Not all Eventshop products include a mem-re experience. mem-re is available on select products for participating events only.
- Still not working? Reach out to our Support team with your event details, device model, browser, and a description of what you’re seeing and we’ll look into it.
