If your Eventshop commemorative ticket includes a mem-re experience, scanning or tapping it unlocks exclusive digital content tied to that specific event. Here’s what you might find inside.
What your ticket may unlock
The content varies by partner and product, but mem-re experiences can include:
- Highlight videos — exclusive clips from the event
- Augmented reality moments — interactive AR content that brings your ticket to life
- Event stats and details — game stats, setlists, and other event-specific information
- Photo galleries — official photos from the event
- An action hub — a central page with all your digital content in one place
- And much, much more!
Some experiences include an AR moment before landing on the action hub. Others go straight to the action hub. This depends on the partner and how the experience was designed.
How to access it
Scan the QR code or tap the NFC chip on your commemorative ticket with your phone to launch the experience.
Tickets from before September 2025
Commemorative tickets purchased before September 2025 used a different system — AR experiences on those tickets were accessed through the Eventshop app (iOS and Android) rather than through mem-re. Not all past experiences have been updated to the mem-re platform yet, so if you have an older ticket and the QR code isn’t launching a mem-re experience, that may be why.
