Why are there only a few photos in my gallery?Updated 12 days ago
If your event gallery has fewer photos than you expected, that’s completely normal — and it’s by design.
Why galleries are curated
Only a select set of top photos from each show are shared with us by the artist’s or team’s photographer, and each one is reviewed and approved by their team before being made available. This means we only ever have access to the photos that have been officially approved for sale.
A few things to know
- We can’t add more photos. The gallery reflects everything available to us for that event. If a photo you’re looking for isn’t there, it unfortunately wasn’t included in the approved set.
- Photo availability varies by event. The number of photos in a gallery depends on the artist or team and varies from show to show.
- We’re not affiliated with venue photographers. If you’re looking for photos taken by a venue or VIP photographer, those would be available through a separate channel — Eventshop only offers post-show custom merch using approved artist photography.
