I received the wrong design/photo on my shirt — how do I get this fixed?Updated 2 hours ago

We’re so sorry your order didn’t arrive as expected. Receiving the wrong design or photo is something we take seriously and will resolve for you as quickly as possible.

What to do

Reach out to our Support team and include the following:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item you received
  • A screenshot or description of the design you originally selected

We’ll review it with our manufacturing partner and get the correct item reprinted and sent out to you.

A few things to know

  • Photos are required to process a reprint. We need to document the discrepancy with our manufacturer, so please include a clear photo of what you received alongside your original order confirmation if possible.
  • You don’t need to return the item. In most cases we’ll issue a reprint without requiring you to send the original back.
  • Reprints are subject to the same production timelines. Custom made-to-order items typically arrive within 14 business days of the reprint being submitted.
