Why does clicking “Login to Ticketmaster” keep sending me back to the same page?
If you’re trying to purchase a commemorative ticket and clicking the Ticketmaster login button just loops you back to the same page — or nothing happens at all — you’re not alone. This is a known issue that a few things can cause, and most customers resolve it with one of the steps below.
Try these steps first
1. Clear your browser cache and cookies
Stale browser data is the most common cause of the login loop. Clear your cache and cookies, then close and reopen your browser before trying again.
2. Try a different browser
If clearing cache doesn’t help, open the link in a different browser entirely (e.g., switch from Safari to Chrome, or Chrome to Firefox). This resolves the issue for many customers.
3. Disable pop-up blockers
Some browser extensions or built-in pop-up blockers prevent the Ticketmaster authentication window from completing. Temporarily disable any pop-up blockers or ad blockers and try again.
4. Use a desktop or laptop if you’re on mobile
The Ticketmaster verification step can behave differently on mobile browsers. If you’re on your phone and hitting the loop, try completing the purchase on a desktop or laptop computer.
5. Make sure you’re logged into the correct Ticketmaster account
Your commemorative ticket offer is tied to the specific Ticketmaster account that was used to scan your ticket at the event. If you have multiple Ticketmaster accounts, make sure you’re logged into the one associated with the email address your ticket was purchased under.

A few things to know
- You must have attended the event. Commemorative tickets are only available to fans whose tickets were scanned at the venue on the day of the event. If your ticket wasn’t scanned, it won’t appear in the system.
- Galleries are only open for a limited time. If the event was several weeks ago, the gallery may have closed. Contact us and we can check whether your event is still accessible.
- We only offer commemorative tickets for select events. If you’re not seeing your event listed at all, Eventshop may not have been part of that show. Reach out and we’ll let you know.
