My ticket is AR activated! How do I access the AR content?

Important Note: Not all artist/team tickets are AR activated. If the ticket you purchased can be activated, you'll see this noted on the back of your ticket.

Can I use the collectible/commemorative ticket for event entry?

Commemorative and collectible tickets sold by Eventshop are for keepsake purposes only and cannot be used for event entry. You’ll still need your standard ticket to access an event you attend!

How long does it take to receive my ticket order?

Orders typically ship within 7-10 business days after orders are officially processed. Delivery times may vary based on your location.

What materials are used to make the commemorative tickets?

Eventshop commemorative and collectible tickets are printed on the finest paper – museum-grade, soft-touch, and thick stock. They come with beautiful embellishments that make the ticket feel as special as the event you attended!

What if my commemorative ticket arrives damaged?

If your ticket arrives damaged, please contact the Eventshop Support team within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll investigate and assist you promptly!

Can I track my ticket order?

Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can use it to follow your ticket’s journey right to your door.
