There are a couple of reasons why your game is not appearing to order commemorative tickets:

• Only home games are eligible for commemorative tickets. If you attended an away game, those games are not included in the commemorative ticket program.
• Confirm that you've entered the correct email address used to purchase your Blackhawks tickets via Ticketmaster. If game tickets were purchased by someone else's account, the game(s) will be listed under their Ticketmaster account. More information can be found here.
