You used a different Ticketmaster account to login. Please go to Ticketmaster.com, logout and try again from the link on this page with the correct account.2. You transferred that game&apos;s ticket to a friend or family member who attended the game. In that case, they will need to purchase the commemorative items on your behalf.3. If you&apos;ve recently arrived at the game, please note that our system has a slight delay and it may take an hour or two for your scans to appear. If game tickets were purchased by someone else&apos;s account, the game(s) will be listed under their Ticketmaster account.
