You used a different Ticketmaster account to login. Please go to Ticketmaster.com, logout and try again from the link on this page with the correct account.2. You transferred that game&apos;s ticket to a friend or family member who attended the game. In that case, they will need to purchase the commemorative items on your behalf.3. If you&apos;ve recently arrived at the game, please note that our system has a slight delay and it may take an hour or two for your scans to appear. After that time, the game is removed from the gallery and are no longer available. Act fast if you want to commemorate the game you attended!</li><li>Only home games are eligible for commemorative tickets. If you attended an away game, those games are not included in the commemorative ticket program.</li><li>Confirm that you&apos;ve entered the correct email address used to purchase your Blackhawks tickets via Ticketmaster. If game tickets were purchased by someone else&apos;s account, the game(s) will be listed under their Ticketmaster account.
